So one of the greatest song writers of all times...Yes R. Kelly is claiming that he has problems reading..how in the hell does that make any G. Damn sense? How can you be one of the GREATEST song writers in the USA and you can't read..."I cant believe it, cant believe it, cant believe it..." LOL.
