Discussion:

Today i am going to talk about cell phone dependency. Many people do not realize how dependent they are on their phone until they lose it. I want to help people realize their problem so that they can fix it. I too am phonaholic, and I am addicted to my "crackberry" . I want everyone to try going a day without their cells and tell me how you feel. But now here are four ways to determine of you are addicted (any 3 of these 4 will prove your addiction).

1. When you leave your phone for a while and come back, you are upset that no one contacted you.
2. While talking on your cell you find yourself looking for it in a panic even though it is on your ear.
3. When you should be doing something else you are browsing the net of texting someone you barely even talk to.
4. And last, you are getting upset while reading these and realizing that YES you are addicted and you need help

Well there is help, put your phone down and walk away, just for a day, this way you can prove to yourself that you do not need your phone. And you will be really happy with all the messages u will have when you return.

So if you and your phone are having trouble seperating leave a comment....It will be worth it...LOL.
