Mariah is back in movie land. Apparently Mrs. Cannon will me playing a horribly plan social worker in Oprah, Tyler Perry movie entitled Precious. In the spirit of the random fact I will be discussing vacations and giving all types of vactioning tips in the discusssion. i mean it is Summer and I want everyone to have a safe and exciting summer. So here are some Summer drinking tips that should make your life easier and law free.

If you drive, do not drink; if you drink, do not drive. There is no safe level of alcohol for drivers because everyone reacts differently to alcohol on different occasions. If you are going out with others, decide beforehand who will drive on the return trip. Do not ride with drivers who have been drinking.

Never drink and pilot a boat of any kind. The same things that make drinking and driving dangerous (impaired judgment, information processing, and coordination, among other alcohol effects) can be as deadly on water as they are on land. Boating, windsurfing, jetskiing and waterskiing -- anything that involves speed and skill -- can all be dangerous to anyone who has been drinking.

Do not swim or dive if you have been drinking. Remember that alcohol will inhibit your swallowing and breathing reflexes, both of which are necessary for swimming, and make you feel warmer than you really are, putting you at risk for hypothermia in cold water. So I have another update on my boo. first I dont like the bold head, that is kinda showing his age. But he is interested in playing Mike Tyson in big screen adaptation of his crazy life. More SAD SAD news, well more like an update on my fav EX Hip Hop couple. So apparently this divorce thing was Nas's idea (which is good cuz I refuse to believe he is a woman beater). Nas's found out that Kelis had a sex tape with another rapper , before they got together(and yes it leaked). This started a downward spiral in their relationship, which I can understand. Nas felt uncomfortable around her, which is also understandable. Her pregancy was a last attempt to keep her man but obviously that didnt work. So she ran and filed papers befor he could. So today I am going to talk about giving. I have been told by many that I am way too giving. I personally dont think I give enough. Giving is something that is very draining to many and is not as fufilling if u are expecting spmething in return. I give because it makes me feel like I have a purpose, a goal in life a meaning. Some people give because they simoky have too much and I want to b one of those givers one day. Giving can be really tirering if the people you give to dont appreciate it, but that does not mean stop giving because there is always a reward in the end. There are only three types of people in this world; the givers, the takers, and the ones who dont care. I am a giver and I could care less if I have nothing as long as I can help some one else. I know some takers who will bleed you dry and waste your blood. And I know a Few people who wont give and wont take but will suffer through the pains of life and watch others suffer with them. Takers and people who dont care have taken the easy way out, me I love a challenge and challenges build character, character is forever and forever never ends. So if you are not a giver which one are you and are you OK with being that. If you are OK then there is no problem...But if you are not it is never too late to change. So to all my givers keep up the good work because there is a reward in there for you.

My deepest apologize

I would like to apologize for not posting yesterday that was just rude. I had a lot of stuff yesterday today and studying was def included in that stuff. But my real apology is for what I am about to tell you. I will only be blogging up here 3 to 4 days a week. I found that my creativity and excitement are at higher levels after I have not posted in a while. I will still be ranting from time to time on my other blog but I just wanted to let u know about the cut backs so that I can have summer fun. But because of the 3 -4 day thing I will try to add more celeb gossip to balance things out.
